WSDOT is implementing multiple highway construction and maintenance projects across the region this week, affecting several major routes.
Starting Wednesday, Sept. 9, drivers on SR 410 near the US 12 junction will encounter pilot car alternating traffic for ditching work from 6:51 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. On US 2 in Wenatchee, a right-lane closure will be in place from 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. for paving work. Additional projects include single-lane closures on US 2 west of Cashmere Mondays through Thursdays, and a 19-mile stretch of Chumstick Highway will see repair work weekdays from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. until Sept. 25.
